Tuna Salad on Whole Wheat Bread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can Tuna (in water)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon relish
  • 2 slices whole wheat (or rye) bread

    HOW TO MAKE:
    Drain Tuna. Mix Tuna, mayonnaise, and relish together. Spread 1/2 of tuna salad on 1 slice whole wheat bread. Can make two light snacks or one meal.

    NOTES:
    If you plan to store it in a cooler for an extended length of time, do not put the tuna salad on the bread until you are ready to eat. This helps prevent it becoming too soggy.
