Cottage Cheese with Fruit

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2/3 cup fat-free or low-fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, peaches, or strawberries

    HOW TO MAKE:
    Quick and easy. Add fruit to Cottage Cheese and eat! Makes 1 serving.

    NOTES:
    This makes a great, light mid-morning snack.
