Quick and easy. Mix Protein Powder with Yogurt and eat! Makes 1 serving.
NOTES:
I like to use Designer Whey Protein. It mixes pretty smooth, although does change the texture just a bit. You can either get the Natural flavor or one of their other flavors that would complement that flavor of yogurt you like. I use to mix chocolate protein powder with banana yogurt. Yum!
