Bend your knees, arch your lower back, and grab a stationary object ( such as a pole or doorknob). Lean back while making sure to keep your lower back arched. You should feel the stretch mainly in your lats. This one takes a little practice to get the form down, but it's a great stretch to do in between sets on back day! The key is in how much you bend your knees relative to the object you're grasping; your arms should be perpendicular to the floor. |
