FOCUS AND SLOWLY STRETCH

<  CALF STRETCH   >


Take a step with your left leg and plant your left foot there. You can hold onto something for balance or put your hands on your left knee. Your right leg should be straight and your right heel should be planted on the floor, so that you feel a good stretch in your right calf. Lean forward more (while keeping your right heel on the ground) if you do not feel the stretch. Hold for 10 seconds. Do the same stretch for the left calf.
